Subject: Filter options should apply to the matrix as well.
Most of the time I don't care about patches and I don't care about dev releases. Having them in the matrix makes it significantly harder to read. When someone sets the cssrules to remove patches or dev releases, please make that apply to the matric as well.

This has now been fixed with a mixture of Javascript for the PASS stats matrix and AJAX for the graphical summary.
