Subject: Patch to build against 0.94
Looks like CL_EFSYNC and CL_ELOCKDB were taken out of 0.94. ClamAV builds and passes its tests when references are removed per the attached patch.

The ClamAV API has recently undergone some major changes. The most recent release of Mail::ClamAV was written to the new API and requires Clam AV version 0.95.1 or later; please give it a try and report your results. Thanks
