| Subject: | DateTime::Locale has lost the "C" locale |
DateTime used to support the "C" locale, which was hugely useful when
you explicitly didn't want to make assumptions about a default locale.
Unfortunately, the C locale seems to have dissapeared and I can't see
anything obvious to suggest it was deleted intentionally.
Please restore the C locale or document what we should do to migrate
code to a similarly non-assumptive locale.
