If I try to build Stem-0.12, then the following error occurs:
can't create blib/bin/run_stem Permission denied at Build line 58
*** Error code 13
and Build stops. But it seams that blib/blib/run_stem is nevertheless
copied:
$ ls -al blib/bin/run_stem
-r--r--r-- 1 cpansand cpansand 8673 Sep 11 08:09 blib/bin/run_stem
