Subject: neutralize PERL5OPT
A similar issue as in https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=39054 The tests are breaking when PERL5OPT=-MDevel::Autoflush is set. This is a quite important issue as CPAN::Reporter is setting PERL5OPT and you start to get fails from my smoking machines. Thanks,
