Subject: MANIFEST.SKIP becomes world-writable
MANIFEST.SKIP.PL contains the following line: {{{{ chmod(0666,"MANIFEST.SKIP"); }}}} I don't understand why it is there, and msec complains about it and it's a potential security problem. Please fix it. Regards, -- Shlomi Fish
