While it's easy to put "auto_install" into Makefile.PL manually, it's absence is inconsistent with normal catalyst practice. Also make installdeps failing but if you're expecting make installdeps is rather offputting.

Catalyst apps tend to have auto_install, but Catalyst components less so. I'm personally not a big fan, so I don't intend to change this, sorry..
