Have installed mvs under Cygwin environment on WinXP.
Installed through CPAN.
I can successfully use MVS to update/commit most pages (i.e. 'mvs update
Page_Like_This.wiki'), but if I try to get a page with a colon in the
name (i.e. 'mvs update User:Ewindes.wiki'), an empty file named "User"
is created instead of the expected file.
I think that this is a Cygwin limitation, because when I do "touch
User:Ewindes.wiki" from the Cygwin shell, I get the same result.
Can you suggest a work-around? Is there some way that MVS could
substitute another character for the colon when it is creating the
filename to save?
