When generating pdf all works fine until we ftp the file to our site.
Unfortunately, when we try to open the pdf on the receiving end of the ftp
the fonts get messed up and we get an error message that Helvetica-Bold can't
be viewed. Looking at the document properties we find that underneath where
it says embedded font "Helvetica-Bold" the actual font is Arial-BoldMT. We've
no luck in trying to set document fonts, turn off/on embedded fonts, etc. Any
suggestions?
