While installing Petal::Parser::HTB on my system (Linux with Perl 5.6.1), I received the following errors which looks similar to those I received when installing MKDoc:

t/042_Path_Prefix...........NOK 1# Failed test (t/042_Path_Prefix.t at line 17)

t/042_Path_Prefix...........dubious
Test returned status 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
DIED. FAILED test 1
Failed 1/1 tests, 0.00% okay
