Subject: Test::Kwalitee download and does not cleanup Debian_CPANTS.txt
After having run a test that uses Test::Kwalitee (like the default one), there's a Debian_CPANTS.txt that stays alive in the dist directory. This happens with 5.8.8 and 5.10.0. Vincent.
