Subject: "exit" as a synonym for "quit"
Hi, In order to quit CPANPLUS you have to type "quit". However most of the time I find myself typing "exit", probably because I'm using CPANPLUS from within an xterm, and getting the no-such-command message. Is it possible that it could be added as a synonym for quit? Of course, this is just me being a klutz, so feel free to tell me to go take a hike. :) Cheers, Earle.

that would mean that it'd be come 'e' in the default shell, thus hogging another letter.. one that is right now mapped to adding directories to your @INC. Show quoted text
