Twitter has started requiring POSTs instead of GETs for many API
operations (following, etc). Net::Twitter is still trying to use GET,
leaving much of the functionality of the module completely broken.

I should also note that two of the three other active tickets for this
module are problems caused by the same issue.

I've released 1.15 to CPAN that should address this issue, as well as
bring the rest of the API up to date. Sorry about the oversight, the
module is currently in transition between maintainers.
