When -ignore, -select and friends are passed to cover, they limit which
files will be displayed in the coverage summary. However, even those
files not displayed seem to be reflected in the "Total" row at the
bottom of the table. It seems to me that the total row ought to
summarize only those files that are actually listed in the table, rather
than including every file in the coverage database.
(Observed in Devel::Cover 0.64, perl 5.8.8, Linux/x86_64, although I
don't think the "bug" is limited to any of those cases.)
