I had nearly abandoned this distribution. I'm resurrecting it today.
Shiny new git repo, die cvs. The docs are ridiculous in spots, I'm
switching to a gpl-sorta license to the LGPL 2.1, and I'm going to
improve the module-to-module interfaces.
Intrepid from perlmonks had some ideas, I believe, and suggested that
PDL isn't a reasonable substitute for this module; so I'm going to
update it and get it working reasonably well.
