This is error in 'untaint.t'. Quoting Slaven Rezic: "Splitting PERL5LIB by ":" is wrong on Windows systems, because ":" is used there as the drive separator, and ";" is used to separate paths in environment variables. This was actually on a Linux system, not a Windows system so I'm not sure how that applies.
