After SOAP::Lite is built, there's some type of versioning
bug which causes CPANPLUS to attempt an update each time
an mass update is done.
The reason is some type of unparsable version problem as
shown below. This also occurs on the last 5.8.8 version I
was running.
Let me know how to correct this.
