Hi,
trying to pair my favorite tournament
http://www.lsvmv.de/turniere/erg/eon_2007a_paar.htm with version 0.15
of Games::Tournament::Swiss I got different pairings for round 5
(which is the last round).
The reason for this seems to be, that B6 is applied for the
2.5Remainder-Bracket (Players 4,5,9,16,17) -- though it should not be
applied for players above 50 % according to Section B of FIDE Swiss
Rules. I guess we need a check for this exceptional case.
You can see the problem when you run the attached test
"29682_rounds_1-5.t". Player 17 was floated down in round 3, so
Games::Tournament::Swiss rejects to float him down again -- though
round 5 is the last round and because of that B6 isn't in force.
You also find the pairing table after round 4 attached as
"pairing_table.txt".
