Hello, I am new on RT and I am trying to authenticate on a Zimbra Server. I install the RT-Authen-ExternalAuth-0.05.tar.gz all goes fine . But I discover that even if I dont put any pass the RT logĀ“s in without any permission... I install the LDAPImport module to and import all the users to the db works fine... When I login without password my syslog shows this: Jul 9 20:03:28 localhost RT: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/local/share/request-tracker3.6/lib/RT/User_Vendor.pm line 820. (/usr/local/share/request-tracker3.6/lib/RT/User_Vendor.pm:820) Jul 9 20:03:28 localhost RT: Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/local/share/request-tracker3.6/lib/RT/User_Vendor.pm line 825. I am using the RT 3.6 from Debian repository Can anyone help me? Sorry by the poor english Thanks a lot Guilherme Gaspar
This is not a bug it is poor configuration. If you require help in configuring RT, use the RT Users mailing list - rt-users@lists.bestpractical.com. To get you started, the problem is your ExternalAuthPriority and ExternalInfoPriority config lines.
