The module also needs to be able to deal with day-of-month/month pairs, like
平成20年7月初旬～
平成20年11月上旬
平成20年12月12～13日
平成20年12～1月
平成21年1月下旬
It should handle any kinds of common characters like ～ or - for the
pair joining character.
Also 上旬、中旬、下旬 would be nice. They should be "first / middle /
last part of ", parsed with a month.
