The documentation says: "If you have the CPANPLUS package installed in
your system, it is preferred by default over CPAN".
This is problematic on my system, because I have a large set of
distroprefs files for CPAN.pm, so packages may be built automatically,
even if there are interactive questions. Unfortunately CPANPLUS.pm does
not support distroprefs files (yet), so this breaks for some packages
using ExtUtils::AutoInstall.
