Just a heads up. The Singapore Time Zone (SGT -
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/timezone.html?n=236) is not
utilized. The perldoc refers to RFC 822 Standard for ARPA Internet Text
Messages for Time Zones utilized.
Malaysia is a match however (GMT +12) ...
