hi,
first of all, thanks a lot for this extension, it works great in my test
environment and will probably do the same in our prodution RT :)
What I would like is to have a little less verbose logging. Here is a
piece of /var/log/syslog:
Jun 20 15:50:35 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%test%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:50:37 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%test %')) AN
D ((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:50:44 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%lis%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:50:46 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%listtes%'))
AND ((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:06 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%testl%')) AN
D ((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:17 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%root%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:17 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%root %')) AN
D ((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:19 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%root%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:25 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%postm%')) AN
D ((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:30 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%pos%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:33 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%test%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
Jun 20 15:51:34 rttest RT: SELECT DISTINCT main.* FROM Users main ,
Principals Principals_1 WHERE ((main.EmailAddress LIKE '%tes%')) AND
((Principals_1.PrincipalType = 'User')) AND ((main.id =
Principals_1.id)) ORDER BY main.Name ASC
is there a way to be less verbose? I have looked at the source and I see
this on line 23:
$RT::Logger->debug($Users->BuildSelectQuery);
i do not know enough RT internals to know the differnet logging levels.
I could not find the pod for RT::Logger either and google did not help
either. Do you know if what I'd like is possible?
thanks in advance.
