I hope the family is well. I've got a little one now myself.
Is there any reason not to lazy-load Log::Dispatch by 'require'ing it on
log() rather than "use"ing in at the top of file?
I'm thinking in the context of distributing the module as part of a
larger framework where logging my often not get used at all, so it would
be nice to minimize the hit of having the feature available.
