Hi, I have just downloaded CGI-Session from http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/M/MA/MARKSTOS/CGI-Session-4.31.tar.gz, but the tarball is virtually empty: $ tar ztf CGI-Session-4.31.tar.gz CGI-Session-4.31/ CGI-Session-4.31/META.yml

Hi Mark, sorry to bother again, but the 4.32 upload now is shown as "** UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE **", and therefore, doesn't show in http://search.cpan.org/dist/CGI-Session/ Dunno what happened, since it's shown as your upload...
