It seems that 0.95 doesn't honour the PERL_TCL_DL_PATH (PERL_TCL_DLL) env vars? I tested several Perls (Activestate 5.8 and 5.10 under OSX and Windows) and also the macports 5.8.8 perl under OSX and get the same results for all of them. Version 0.89 seems to recognise these vars fine.
