The Net::FTP documentation describes the LIST/ls/dir commands as taking
a "DIR" argument, which is slightly misleading. The RFC indicates that
these commands take a "pathname" argument having a site-specific
interpretation that may identify a directory name, a group of files, or
a single file. It would be useful for the uninitiated to know that
commonly encountered ftp servers support file globbing syntax in this
pathname.
