Subject: Cannot access feeds from behind a proxy server
When using the 'parse' command, feeds cannot be accessed from behind a proxy server. My ability to test this is limited right now, but I am able to access non-proxied feeds, which all-but proves this to be the cause as far as I can see.

This is actually a bug in URI::Fetch - it should respect the proxy environment variables at least. I'll try and patch that and get a release out.
