Sometime in February your tests started to fail like mad according to
cpantesters. Circa at the time when Test-Simple 0.75..0.78 were
released. I downgraded my perl to 0.74 and voila: all tests pass.
I have not investigated if it is a bugfix over there or a breakage, just
wanted to share the findings from my statistical observations.
