Subject: Wrong use of Module::Install (missing inc directory)
Module::Install is an installer that is always shipped with the package and enduser are not required to have it installed. Locale::Geocode was not bundled with the inc/ that is obligatory in Module::Install distros. If the manpage of Module::Install lead you to wrong conclusions, please consider bugging Module::Install. Failing installations on CPAN are plenty at http://cpantesters.perl.org/show/Locale-Geocode.html Thanks,

whoops...i forgot to add the inc directory to the MANIFEST, so make dist excluded it. fixed in 1.01.
