Subject: Addition for valid phone character
International phone numbers I've seen often include a '+' before the county code. The current phone number limitations do not include this character. It would be nice to allow this convention.

Drew, From looking at the code, it looks like a leading plus sign would be allowed. The code appears to simply check that the phone number contains six or seven digits and ignores the other characters. If you try to use a leading plus character and it doesn't work, could you send a test case and some data to test with? Thanks, -mark
