Subject: usletter option silently does nothing
I tried running perl -MPod::Pdf -e 'pod2pdf qw(-paper usletter -verbose 2), "/tmp/CSV.pm" ' and it still produced A4-formatted output. I had to manually change the numeric size defaults near the top of Pod/Pdf.pm to get it to produce US-Letter output. Great program, though.
