Subject: Updated patch for defer_plan
I made the change you suggested to allow all_done() to take an arg specifying the exact number of tests. It also occurred to me that I hadn't updated the POD ... I would be happy to do this if you like, but I wasn't sure if you would prefer to do that yourself. Just let me know.

I've applied the patch and it is now in 0.02 (though I've just uploaded 0.03 which includes the test :) Thanks! This is probably one of the most significant patches I've received. It's not the largest, but it's far and away my favorite :) Cheers, Ovid
