Hi,
I've installed Aspell and Text::Aspell from source on a Windows Perl
environment.
I've also installed english and french dictionaries.
I can run the 'aspell' command with --lang=en or --lang=fr and it works.
The command can find the correct dictionaries.
But when I try Text::Aspell, the Perl script only works if I
set_option('lang', 'en')
and I can use the english dictionaries, but when I try to replace the
lang option with
'fr', the $speller->check() always returns undef for every word, even
correct
french words, and I get an array with two empty array for suggestions.
I have no idea what is going on. I even looked at the code for
Text::Aspell and couldn't
find any valid reason for this problem.
Can someone give me an idea as to what can be happening.
Thanks,
Nelson
