Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. I found that your
XML-SAX-Base-1.04 is not in the CPAN repository index. I tried to
investigate further. You seem to be writing XML::SAX::Base with
Makefile.PL, but not having a Base.pm within your distribution. The
CPAN repository cannot identify your XML::SAX::Base in this case, and
hence your XML-SAX-Base-1.04 is never indexed. I would suggest you to
ship a Base.pm within your distribution, following the Perl module
convention, so that CPAN can index it.
The consequence is that, for other modules that require
XML::SAX::Base 1.04 to work, such as
ASCOPE/XML-Generator-RFC822-RDF-1.1.tar.gz, the required XML::SAX::Base
1.04 is never found. Users installing these modules with the CPAN or
CPANPLUS shell will fail installing their prerequisite XML::SAX::Base 1.04.
