Subject: Use "make dist" to Create a Distribution
Dear Pratheepan Raveendranathan, Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. I found that your WebService-GoogleHack-0.15 seems to be tar manually. It does not follow certain CPAN module convention, and hence the prerequisite modules cannot be identified by the CPAN or CPANPLUS shells. In consequence, people cannot install WebService-GoogleHack-0.15 with the CPAN or CPANPLUS shells. I would suggest you building your distribution with "make dist", instead of manually by hand, as suggested in the ExtUtils::MakeMaker document. <<ExtUtils::MakeMaker>> Other Handy Functions http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?ExtUtils::MakeMaker#Distribution_Support Hope that this helps.
