Subject: grep.t failure
It seems that the contents at ftp.us.debian.org changed. grep.t fails with the following message: # Test 1 got: "README README.CD-manufacture README.html README.mirrors.html README.mirrors.txt" (t/grep.t at line 29) # Expected: "README README.CD-manufacture README.html README.mirrors.html README.mirrors.txt README.non-US README.pgp" So it seems that two files were removed. As a side note, maybe it's best to test against FTP servers for which you have control over the contents? For example, you can use one of the CPAN FTP servers and use a dedicated subdirectory of your user's pause directory for testing. Regards, Slaven
great idea. I will use the Perl CPAN FTP servers if I have any more test failures. Thanks for the suggestion.
