Subject: Delete Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz and Earlier from CPAN
Dear Rutger Vos, Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. I found that your Bio-Phylo-0.04 have permission problem when untarred. Since Bio-Phylo-0.04 is the latest release that has the Bio::Phylo::Trees, ... etc. modules, it is considered the most up-to-date version in the CPAN repository index. imacat@rinse ~ % perl -mCPAN -e'printf "%s %s %s\n", $_->id, $_->cpan_version, $_->cpan_file foreach grep $_->cpan_file =~ /Bio-Phylo-0.04/, CPAN::Shell->expand("Module","/./");' CPAN: File::HomeDir loaded ok (v0.69) CPAN: Storable loaded ok (v2.18) Going to read /home/imacat/.cpan/Metadata Database was generated on Sun, 06 Apr 2008 05:30:09 GMT CPAN: YAML loaded ok (v0.66) Bio::Phylo::Parsers undef R/RV/RVOSA/Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz Bio::Phylo::Trees undef R/RV/RVOSA/Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz Bio::Phylo::Trees::Node undef R/RV/RVOSA/Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz Bio::Phylo::Trees::Tree undef R/RV/RVOSA/Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz Bio::Phylo::Unparsers undef R/RV/RVOSA/Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz Bio::Phylo::Unparsers::Svg undef R/RV/RVOSA/Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz imacat@rinse ~ % This makes Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz still being tested by CPAN testers, and fail untarring each time. Could you please delete Bio-Phylo-0.04.tar.gz, and all previous versions, to drop the OpenFrame::Server module from the CPAN repository index? Please tell me if you need any more information, or if I could be of any help. Thank you.
Dear imacat, I have scheduled all versions up to and including 0.04 for deletion on PAUSE. I think this means this issue is now resolved, so I am closing this ticket. Thank you for your help! Best wishes, Rutger Vos
