Hello, according to Date::Format, time2str() uses local time unless a timezone is specified. But as the used formatstring implies UTC, the generated Time strings are wrong. I've fixed my locally installed version 0.18 by passing 'UTC' as extra argument to time2str(). According to the source code browser on cpan, v0.21 can be fixed the same way.
