Subject: testing rtconsole
Hi, this is just a simple test ticket. It allows me to test the ticket creation feature of rtconsole.

Nice! the ticket has been properly created. Too bad the REST interface doesn't allow us to get the list of Queues, for now we have to enter it manually.
