Subject: $VERSION is after __END__
Hi. Your $VERSION specification is after __END__, so it's not effective. It causes problems with ExtUtils::MakeMaker when Algorithm::NeedlemanWunsch 0.02 version is specified in prerequisites for some modules (HTML-Listscraper, for example). Can you move $VERSION above the __END__? -- Serguei Trouchelle
