Subject: Needs better TimeZone defaults for Win32
Date-Holidays-NZ failed tests on Win32 because no timezone could be found. Sam Vilain suggested the issue lies with Date-Manip. It looks like all the timezone defaults are very unix-specific. You may wish to add Windows-specific defaults as well. See DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32 for example. Regards, David
