Subject: Spurious Build.PL
You've included a Build.PL that isn't meant for this module, and isn't even a Module::Build configure script at all. You need to delete it entirely, and then everything will be fine.

Resolved in 0.3. Thanks for pointing this bug out. It's my first module so every other suggestions about this package are welcome.
