Modules with downgraded versions

After installing Plagger 0.7.17 CPAN.pm reports several downgraded modules. Plagger::Plugin::Filter::SpamAssassin undef 0.02 MIYAGAWA/Plagger-0.7.7.tar.gz Plagger::Plugin::Publish::Feed undef 0.01 MIYAGAWA/Plagger-0.7.10.tar.gz Plagger::Plugin::Publish::Maildir undef 0.3 MIYAGAWA/Plagger-0.7.11.tar.gz Either the old versions should be deleted from CPAN or the new versions should gain versions, please.
