With the advent of SOAP-Lite-0.71 there is no XML::Parser::Lite in the
current SOAP-Lite package. So the user is in a conflict if he wants to
have both "current" XML::Parser::Lite and SOAP::Lite.
Would it be a viable option for you to integrate XML::Parser::Lite into
your package? Any other suggestions where users should get it from?
