Subject: Makefile.PL writes no Makefile
http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2008/03/msg1106223.html and several similar ones were produced on my smoker. As far as I can see there is a Makefile.PL which writes no Makefile. Let me know if you need additional info.

Yeah, this is another vestige of a bad Module-Starter setup from long ago. The Makefile.PL is gone now.
