Hello Mark.
ExtUtils::MakeMaker's documentation states that NAME field should be
present in Makefile.PL:
NAME
Perl module name for this extension (DBD::Oracle). This will default
to the directory name but should be explicitly defined in the
Makefile.PL.
Meantime, it's absent, and this causes problems with creating PPM
packages for Win32. Can you replace DISTNAME with NAME in Makefile.PL?
