In 0.06 when authorize_security_group_ingress returns Error, it doesn't
return Error object. It uses still old version of structure. All other
methods correctly return Error object using "$self->_parse_errors($xml)".
I think it seems to be author's minor bug. I really like this perl
module. I appreciate Jeff Kim's great effort for this module.
