Weather::Google seems to honor the http_proxy environment variable when
it's set before invoking perl, but it doesn't when the variable is set
using:
$ENV{'http_proxy'}="http://proxy.com.net:8080";
Unless I'm missing something obvious, it would be nice to set this at
runtime, or be able to specify the proxy server similarly to how
Finance::YahooQuote does it:
$Finance::YahooQuote::PROXY = "http://proxy.com.net:8080";
