Bug #33621 for GD-Map-Mercator: can not use '#FF0033' for background

can not use '#FF0033' for background

The Synopsis says we can use a string such as #FF0023 for the background color, but this causes the module to die with the message Usage: GD::Image::colorAllocate(image, r, g, b) at C:/perl/site/lib/GD/Map/Mercator.pm line 299. Also, I see several references to "backkground" in Mercator.pm, is this misspelling intentional?

(For some reason, these bugs aren't showing up in rt.cpan for me...) Anyway, fixed in GD-Map-Mercator-1.03. Thanks for the catch. Dean Arnold Presicient Corp.
